Kathleen McCannExecutive Chairman, United Road Services, Inc.
Kathleen joined United Road, now North America’s leading finished vehicle logistics services provider, as President and CEO in January 2011. In addition to moving over four million cars and light trucks annually, United Road developed industry leading, proprietary technology which fueled the start up of VTV Systems, a tech company offering a Saas-based transportation management system. Prior to United Road, Kathleen spent 21 years with Soave Enterprises, growing the solid waste management company and leading the beverage distribution, auto retailing and industrial services groups, among others. She began her career as a CPA with Coopers and Lybrand. Active in the community and Church, she has served on the boards of the St. John Providence Health System, Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Sacred Heart Major Seminary, The Fishermen’s Fund, Catholic Foundation of Michigan and currently chairs the Archdiocese of Detroit’s Catholic Schools Council. She and her husband, George, live in Plymouth, Michigan.
