Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Lear Corporation
Harry Kemp serves as Corporate Counsel for Lear Corporation, a Fortune 150 company that supplies seating and electrical/electronic systems to auto manufacturers around the world. Before assuming his current role, Harry served as Divisional Counsel for each of Lear’s two+ operating divisions. Prior to joining Lear, Harry was a partner at the law firm of Bodman LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, and also worked as a business consultant at McKinsey & Co. Harry currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Citizens Research Council of Michigan and the St. Paul Institute for Evangelization. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Sacred Heart Major Seminary and of the New Evangelization Council of the Archdiocese of Detroit. Harry earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. Harry and his wife Leslie live in Royal Oak, Michigan with their five children.
